I help parents increase cooperation and reduce stress. I help parents make the shift from traditional/authoritarian parenting styles, to effective and respectful non-punitive parenting tools and strategies. Instead of focusing on the misbehavior itself (i.e. the hitting), I help parents identify what is actually causing the misbehavior and how to work with their child to teach them the social, emotional and life skills they need.
