After 20 years of working in the HR Outsourcing Industry, I grew concerned about the stigma that small businesses had about Human Resources: HR was too complex.
I believe my profession can do better than that!
So was born my inspiration for HR Done Differently. Small business HR support that follows our HR-SURE service model; Simple, Understandable, Relevant and Empowering.
